Thank you so much for shopping at Roots & Wings. Please note pictures are intended to give a general idea of the products. Colors/patterns are not always 100% accurate and MAY VARY in person.  We really do strive to give the BEST we can in terms of accuracy in pictures, measurements/fit, and descriptions.  Feel free to contact us with questions before placing your order. the quickest response will be through our inbox available on the corner of our website or through our social media.


Note: We carry brands from all over the world! And each brand is unique in their sizing.  Therefore, we try hard to provide accurate measurements for each and every individual piece. (A size chart wouldn't help due to this)


Please note that our online inventory is pulled from our brick & mortar store and subject to availability. We do our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out-of-stock we will notify you through email as soon as possible.


** WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PILLING OR SHEDDING OF ANY PRODUCT (ESPECIALLY AFTER WASHING)**

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! If you don’t, we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Items must be full price (not purchased at a discount) to be eligible for return.
  • All items must have tags attached and be in new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors or signs of wear.
  • If exchanging, shipping costs for the return and new item will be deducted from your store credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • NOT a final sale item. Please see conditions below. 

 

 

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS (No exceptions):

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discount
  • Bodysuits
  • Vendor items within the store
  • Shoes returned without the original box in resale condition (no writing or damage)

DAMAGES

 

We inspect every item before it hits the floor, but occasionally something may slip through. If you receive an item with a damage or defect, please notify us within 3 days of the purchase date.

We’ll be happy to offer an exchange or store credit if reported within that timeframe.

SHIPPING

Quick Shipping: Orders placed before 3 PM CST typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will ship the next business day.

Shipping Costs: All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you need to return an item, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost Packages:

ROOTS + WINGS is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our hands and are with the carrier.

**ALL orders placed before or on December 15th are GUARANTEED for Christmas**

We know holiday gifting doesn’t always hit the mark — so we offer extended exchanges or store credit during the season!

Items purchased between the first Sunday in November and December 24th are eligible for exchange or store credit, with the following exceptions:
