Thank you so much for shopping at Roots & Wings. Please note pictures are intended to give a general idea of the products. Colors/patterns are not always 100% accurate and MAY VARY in person.  We really do strive to give the BEST we can in terms of accuracy in pictures, measurements/fit, and descriptions.  Feel free to contact us with questions before placing your order. the quickest response will be through our inbox available on the corner of our website or through our social media.
Note: We carry brands from all over the world! And each brand is unique in their sizing.  Therefore, we try hard to provide accurate measurements for each and every individual piece. (A size chart wouldn't help due to this)
Please note that our online inventory is pulled from our brick & mortar store and subject to availability. We do our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out-of-stock we will notify you through email as soon as possible.
** WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PILLING OR SHEDDING OF ANY PRODUCT (ESPECIALLY AFTER WASHING)**

RETURN POLICY

If you do not love your purchase, we are happy to exchange or give you a store credit within 7 days of the date of purchase. 

ALL item(s) MUST have tags attached and be in NEW condition, unworn, and unwashed. We do not accept items that show signs of wear or odor. 

If you are exchanging an item, the shipping is at buyers expense for the return of the item and the exchange of the new item. 

ALL sale items or items sold at a discounted price are FINAL SALE! No exceptions. 

ALL bodysuits are ALWAYS FINAL SALE

ALL shoe boxes must be in resale condition with no writing or damage to them. 

We also have vendors within our store and those are ALWAYS FINAL SALE!

DAMAGES

We always check for damages on the items, but sometimes we can miss one. If we happen to miss a damage, we MUST be notified within 3 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit. 

SHIPPING

  1. We typically ship the same day if placed before 3pm, but if it is after 3, we will ship out the next day.
  2. ALL shipping costs are non-refundable. If the buyer needs to return something, it is at the buyer's expense.

**ALL orders placed before or on December 15th are GUARANTEED for Christmas**

NOTES:

  1. We will not credit your card back if you do not apply the promo code. Promo codes can not be applied towards gift cards, sale items, or vendor items. 
  2. NO refunds.
